Effective September 23, 2026. This policy explains what FasterAP, Inc. ("we") collects when you use A2Z and why.
We do not collect identity documents or payment details. Partners collect those from their Workers under their own privacy notices.
To run your account, to show you sample and live tasks, to introduce you to the Partner you selected, to respond to your requests, to keep the platform secure and to improve task formats using aggregated, de-identified data. We do not sell personal data.
Worker account details are shared with the Partner you selected so they can verify and contact you. Enterprise details are shared with Partners only as needed to run a program. We use infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) under contracts that restrict their use of your data.
Account data is kept while your account is open and for up to 24 months after closure unless a program agreement or law requires longer. Technical logs are kept for 90 days.
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, or deletion by emailing contact@a2zboard.com. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have the rights set out in the GDPR, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Residents of California have the rights set out in the CCPA.
The platform is operated from the United States. Where data moves across borders, we rely on contractual safeguards with our providers and Partners.
